The villa is located in the exclusive Isle of San Pietro; a short drive from Cagliari Airport, in the south of Sardinia.

Surrounded by a wonderful olive tree and cactus garden, with sunny terraces, the house is a tranquil refuge from modern life.

It has an outside wood oven complete with barbecue so that you can make the most of atmospheric warm evenings. The island’s climate is ideal for enjoying the outdoors, and all meals are eaten on the main terrace.

The interiors of the villa have been designed by an Italian architect who specialised in garden and environment architecture. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and doors leading to the garden to provide guests with privacy and freedom of equal measure.

The villa is walking distance both from the village, to allow our guests to be away from the crowds but able to join them easily, and just 500m away from the beaches and crystal clear sea.
